Chef Kelly Little
Chef Kelly has been cooking all of her life, and has been entertaining with food
since 1999. She is a recent graduate of the Chef Track Program at the Culinary
School of the Rockies, in Boulder Colorado.
Kelly holds a bachelors degree in business administration from the University
of Colorado. Thistle Catering is the culmination of Kelly’s longtime dream to
combine her passion for the culinary arts with her entrepreneurial drive to own
and run her own business.
Kelly’s free time between clients is spent searching cookbooks, food and wine
magazines, learning and experimenting with food trends and new recipes to
always stay on top of the latest in the culinary world.
With an education in French and world cuisine cooking, as well as a knowledge
of low-fat, low-calorie and vegetarian cooking, Kelly is able to cater to any
dietary needs and desires.
